Real Money Trading (RMT) Policy

At Sanctum, we operate exclusively within the legal and accepted practices of gaming. We do not engage in or accept Real Money Trading (RMT) for any of our boosting services. We would like to emphasize the following:

• We only accept payment for the specific boosting services as described on our discord. Any requests for payment for services beyond this scope will be rejected
• Any attempt to engage in RMT will result in immediate refusal of service and may lead to exclusion from future services, with no possibility of refunds.

A raid boost is a service where skilled players assist you in completing a raid, obtaining loot, or achieving specific objectives within the game. This service is ideal for players who want to progress through difficult content quickly and efficiently.

How do i order any kind of boost?

Simply visit our "Services" page and select the type of boost/coaching session that you would like. Here you're also provided with our- or a raider's discord. After establishing a purchase, you will be prompted to provide details such as your preferred time for the boost or coaching.

Do i need to be online for a boost?

For all boosting services, you will need to be online in order to participate, as your presence is required for loot distribution and other in-game activities. However, for coaching sessions, it may not be necessary to be logged in, as certain coaching sessions may include pre-planned discussions and strategy sessions outside of the game environment.

How long will the boosting service take?

The duration of each service varies depending on the type of boost, raid complexity, and your availability. You will be given an estimated completion time when you book the service, and we strive to fulfill all services as quickly as possible without compromising quality.

Can i get a refund if im not satisfied?
