General Invite policy

In order to get an invite to Sanctum a person need to have made an application. There are no
exceptions to this matter when it comes to new members.
It is not the intention to make Sanctum a big guild. Therefore we do not want to keep inviting new
members simply because we get applications.
Sanctum is a PVE guild and therefore we are required to raid and keep raiding in order to make progress in the game. It is therefore important for Sanctum to have a member list that is big enough to secure that we can raid regularly and that members don't have to be at every raid. When this goal is reached in every class, invites in that class will be closed.

Before you apply
Before you fill out an application, here is a little information about the guild that will give you an idea to what you are getting in too.

Sanctum is a PVE raiding guild that is currently raiding five days a week along with two "off days" - these days cover different 25 man raid instances where the off days cover various 10 mans.

First thing - you need to be 16 years or older and level 80. You need to have a gear level that is close to matching the current progression of Sanctum, as we won't go farm your gear for you.

We also expect that you put some time in your character and that this is shown in your gear

Raid days are: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday starting at 7:30 server time and usually ends around 11.30

I am prepared to help out Sanctum, when the guild calls for it. (this dosn't mean we say come lvl our alts)

Sanctum comes first - not me!!

When I'm in a raiding guild I expect to be atending at least three main raids every week in average. (I will let Sanctum officers know if I cant raid for a period)

Well these are just some small things we would like you to agree on. So if you understand the meaning of this - then you are on a good way of joining Sanctum.

Know that you will be judged a 100% on your application - so if you only produce an "ok" application we will only give you an "ok" answer.

We will give you a response here or in game asap after you have made your application!

You can put in an application even though we are not recruiting your class - don't expect anything though, but we promise to look at it ;)

The application:
When you have made the application the application managers will decide if it is good enough and
make a reply on the application.

The invite:
All officers can invite members to Sanctum but the overall judgement on an application will be
done by the application managers. Once an approval is given, any officer can solve the member out.

When an invite is given the right rank will also be given, so all can see what the guild expects from
the new member. This can either be a Trail Member or Trial Raider and this will also be up to the
application manager to determine.
